Shipping policy

We hustle to get you your hops fast! Most orders are fulfilled the same day or the next day. Large orders might require an extra day, but if you have any questions about fulfillment times or a specific order please contact us.

Q: Where’s my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number should be in your confirmation email. 
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, we haven’t processed your order yet.
if your shipment shows that the shipping label has been printed, but hasn’t shipped, we’re physically working on it as fast as we can. You can also check on the status of any order under your account.

A: Can I expedite my order?
Q: Yes! We’d love to help you with that. Email us directly and we can get your shipment out ASAP: Contact us here or give us a call!
If you’ve already placed your order, that’s OK, too. Email us and include your order number so we help sort it out from there.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yakima Valley Hops, as a proud member of the Barth Haas Group, is focused on providing a streamlined eCommerce option for the purchase of quality hop products and other brewing supplies. Because the Barth Haas Group is a global entity with locations and partnerships around the world, YVH is no longer shipping directly to other countries.    

To receive hops directly from Yakima Valley Hops, we highly suggest using a 3rd party forwarding company. These logistics teams are tremendously helpful in moving cargo big or small through customs in many countries. Simply find your preferred US domestic forwarding partner, shop on YVH.com and ship to their address, and they will handle it from the time of receiving and forwarding to you.

Canada: We are happy to refer our valued Canadian customers to our friends at Hops Connect Canada. Homebrewers in Canada can find great Haas hops and hop products at either Grain to Glass, Grapes to Glass, or Moût International.
Europe: We will no longer be shipping directly to our customers in the EU. Please reach out to our friends at BarthHaasX for your brewing needs.   
Mexico: For orders shipping directly to customers in Mexico, please consider our partners in the region: MICerveSA or Insumos Cerveceros.
Oceana: Please contact our partners at Hop Products Australia for your commercial brewing needs.    
South America:  Please contact LNF Latino Americana if you are in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, or Uruguay.   If you are in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, or Columbia, please contact GE Corp Brewing Solutions.
